"Wait! Do not break contact! I must find out how you - - ARROGANT DOG! Nobody else would
dare to treat me so! Some day he shall go too far! With his super-brilliant brain, he could be more of a threat to us
than an army!!”
-- Communist Commandant, to the Leader, pg. 7
Such high-falutin' thinking might be lost on dumb ol' Hulk, mister.

Later, Major Talbot and General Ross find out that Bruce Banner has been spotted behind the Iron Curtain, and they presume it to be a strong possibility that he defected. Betty Ross can't believe her love would do such a thing, but Talbot tries to persuade her that it's true, so he can better win her heart for himself. The Leader decides he must reorganize his efforts to capture Banner for himself, since he feels it will be the best way to reach the Hulk. The Chameleon reports to the Leader that he's found out that Banner is a captive of the Soviets, so the Leader pays a call to his Soviet friends and tells them he is aware they have Banner and the Hulk. The Soviet leader flips out, knowing that the Leader is aware of the Hulk's presence, which he thought was a secret.
Soviet jets fly over the base the Hulk demolished and fire missiles at Bruce Banner. As Banner runs to get away, he spots the dead scientist that saved his life, and the anger he feels triggers another change to the Hulk. The green giant leaps into the air and demolishes the onrushing fighter planes, and leaps to the ground, ready to take on the rest of the oncoming Soviet forces!
