Synopsis: Matt Murdock, posing as his fake twin brother Mike, is doing his zany best to impress Karen Page. Amidst his silliness, he explains to Karen that Matt Murdock is due to give a lecture at an upstate college about the flying saucers and space aliens landing on Earth. Foggy arrives to take Karen on a date, leaving Matt/Mike to don his Daredevil costume and doing a run through the city and make sure no criminals are out and about. He comes up empty on the crime-fighting, but sights Foggy and Karen enjoying their date in a horse-drawn carriage in the park. Playing up Mike Murdock's personality, he crashes their date. Snow starts to fall, and after bugging Foggy for a brief moment, Daredevil takes his leave, saying he's going to head up to Carter University and listen in on Matt's lecture.

Matt flies up to the college and meets with Dean Smith of Carter U. They discuss flying saucers for a moment, with Dean Smith telling Matt about the faculty member who is obssessed with proving their existence, Professor Tom Brewster. He heads to the lecture hall and begins his speech on "the legal ramifications of aliens landing on Planet Earth. Meanwhile, Professor Tom Brewster is out in the woods surrounding the school, looking for aliens. He doesn't have to look long before he stumbles upon them- giant green lizard looking creatures who command him to fire a gun he is carrying.

The shot rings out and Matt's sensitive hearing picks it up from the convention hall. They race out to find him muttering about how an alien with an "aura of evil" forced him to shoot the gun, then left, saying the world was doomed. The police arrest Brewster for public nuisance charges, but Matt can sense he's telling the truth. He dresses up as DD and heads out into the woods, where he overhears the hovering craft of the alien UFOs in the thick of the woods.

The aliens spot him and fire a beam intended to blind him, but they don't know that Daredevil is already blind. He fends them off for awhile, until an ice blast ray covers him from head to toe, and they pull him aboard the UFO craft. The locals see the flash of light of the UFO and come running to Matt Murdock's rescue. Inside the craft, the ice melts, and the aliens, impressed by the fighting spirit of Daredevil, offer to spare his life if he joins them in taking over the planet so they can mine it for its mineral resources. When they land the craft once again, they beam the Sight-Stealing Ray across the countryside. They further offer to restore his sight if he joins them, but Daredevil refuses, lashing out in a violent attack against them.

Karen and Foggy are on their way to Carter University when they are blinded by the alien ray. The taxi they're in comes to a stop, and they are all blinded along with other bystanders. All over the world, in fact, citizens become blind from the effects of the alien's ray. Daredevil starts throwing snowballs at them, knocking them down. DD dodges an alien ice ray, and the bolt blasts into the UFO's Sight-Stealing Ray, disabling it. The aliens flee Earth, since their weapon will take "a thousand thousand nomameters to defrost." Daredevil senses the alien craft leaving the Earth.

Karen and Foggy, once their sight is restored, find Matt. Karen falls into his arms and comforts him, much to Foggy's dismay.
