WHAT IF: Rawhide Kid Vol. 2
Map by GaryUK: reprints Rawhide Kid #27 - #36 (246 pages)
NOTE FROM GORMUU: Marvel has tentative plans to publish Rawhide Kid Vol. 1
as its first foray into the Western genre of comics. They plan to begin with the "Marvel
Age" version of Rawhide Kid, the first issue of which was issue #17, scripted by Stan
Lee and drawn by Jack Kirby. Rawhide Kid #17 is the first issue after a three year hiatus since the publication of #16, which featured the different "Atlas Era" Rawhide Kid. Should Marvel wish to publish the adventures of Atlas Era Rawhide Kid, those stories would
be collected in a different line of books, separate from the Marvel Age version of Rawhide Kid. Same name, different cowboys, whole different editorial attitude!
