by Chris Leazer: reprints Sub-Mariner Comics #25-33
(244 pages)
*** NOTE FROM GORMUU:*** The inclusion of Sub-Mariner #33 in this volume and the inclusion
of the remainder of Sub-Mariner's mid-50s Timely revival run in a possible GA Sub-Mariner Vol. 7 is
meant to show what Marvel could do if they wanted to connect the 40's era Sub-Mariner with the
mid-50's shortlived revival of Sub-Mariner withing the same Masterworks line. Steve Rogers has imagined
a Masterworks line in which the totality of the Timely Revival
comics are compiled inside of its own line (see the Timely Revival What If? maps.) If this Timely Revival
Masterworks were to occur, then it's possible the Golden Age Sub-Mariner Masterworks line would end with
issue #32 and Masterworks Vol. 6.
